A Hastings message reports the death on Tuesday of Mrs. Gow, wife of th# Rev. ,W, Gow, and youngest sister 08 Mr. Massey. Lance-Corporal Fjank St.. George,, late of Toko,, and sixth son of Mr. Leonard. St. George, of Masterton, has been awarded the military medal for bravery in the field. He is a nephew of Mrs.' Nswton King, New Plymouth. Lieutenant F. G. Massey, who is included amongst those New Zealand officers who have won the Military Cross, ia a son of the Right Hon. "VV. F. Massey, l'rime Minister of. New Zealand. Lieutenant Massey was a solicitor % profession.
