REPUBLICAN ISSUE AT BYELECTION. London, July 0. At the Ennis by-election, for which tbe polling takes place on Tuesday, a fierce electoral struggle is proceeding De Valera and the Sinn Feiners are openly advocating an Irish republic and saying that if Ulster will not acquiesce Ulster must go under. Tht-y also advocate the destruction of the Nationalist Party and express the wish that Germany may be successful.
