They regard ft general disarmament as the sole means of destroying militarism, and denounce -warfare. Their demands include compulsory arbitrates, the conelusion of peace without annexations and indemnities, and tbe re-establishment of as an independent nation. The manifesto declares it would be dnjoat to treat Bnssian Poland differently from Austro-German Poland.
