Hague Official.—L having been .pointed out to Britain that the new war sone was disadvantageous to Dutch interest* Britain replied that the measures were taken for military reasons, adding that Dutch shipping bad other means of access. Holland asks for reconsideration, stating that other routes are- dangerous owing to mines and submarines.
