■DISLOYAL PAMPHLETS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, July 6. A sentence of 'll months' imprisonment, without hard labor, was imposed on William John Bell, who was charged with publishing statements which indicated disaffection and disloyalty, Tho prosecution stated that accused circulated between 300 and 1000 copies of two pamphlets. The statements on which the charge was ibased contained a sweeping condemnation of the British nation. The .prosecution also produced a letter written by accused advocating sabotage and firo raising. The magistrr'e said Bell was a danger to the cg- .iunity. A COSTLY CHANGE OF NAME. [Auckland, July 6. 'A fine of £lO was imposed on Peter Currie, who was charged under the Military Service Act that he did change his name. The police stated that accused assumed the name of Sydney Cress in April 1915 to avoid the execution of a police warrant issued at Greymouth. and registered under the assumed name there. LABOR'S MODEST REQUEST. Wellington, July 7. The Federation of Labor endorsed the recommendation of the executive that Government be asked to undertake tiia expense of sending a Labor delegate to the World's Peace Conference convened by the American Federation of Labor at the same time and place as the conference to determine pence terms. The conference affirmed the principle of technical instruction to apprentices during working liours,
