THE SOLDIERS' CLUB.
On behalf of the soldiers at the club, Mrs. Burgess wishes to thank Mrs. M'Keaxi and Mrs. J. Paul for so •kindly donating electric heaters, which are much appreciated by the men. The folldwing ladies kindly acted as tea hostesses at the club during June:— Mesdames Percy Jackson, W. H. Cook, Rennell, Simcock, Bennett, Burgess, Hughes, Feildes, Wangh, J. White, Baker. (Bradbury, Misses Foote, Bennett, Sole, Baker, 'Peart, Okey, Hine, Hartnell, Moray, Purdue. Tea was served to IG4 guests. Gifts of gramaphone records have he-en received from Dr. Fookcs and Mr. Deacon, also asli trays and cakes from friends. The club is now open on Sundays from 2 o'clock until 9 p.m., and tea is served at 4 o'clock..
