The Horning Post'* Copenhagen correeeedent lias reported that Germany to training submarine cruisers of 5000 tons and 18,000 horse-power, having a length of 130 metres and a speed of 89 miles on the surface and 16 when cntanerged. They are ca/pable of vovagtac from the Baltic to Japan without re-fuelling. They have thirty torpedo tdbes, and practically the same armament a* a medium sized cruiser, besides which they are to carry 150 float,kf mines, JWO SUBMARINES LESS. Washington, July 3. fhe French Admiralty has advised the French Mission here that British ttd American warships sank one and iqptand another submarine last week. WAR OK FISHING BOATS. Received July 4. 11 p.m. Copenhagen, July 3. German submarine, without warning, bondbarded and sank four Swedish boats an the Norwegian coast outside the blockade zone. The submarine commander told a fishing skipper that henceforth til neutral fishing boats would be diafroyed.
