NEW PLYMOUTH HTGH SCHOOLS BOARD. ELECTION OF THREE MEMBERS BY PARENTS. DOMINATIONS of Candidates will be received by the Returning Officer not later than 12 noon on July 14, 1917. Tho election will be held on July 24, 1917, and the poll will close at 5 p.m. Every candidate shall be nominated in writing by one or more parents entitled to a vote for his election. Each such parent may nominate any number of candidates not exceeding the number to be elected. . "Parent" means the father if he is living, or if not, the mother, or if neitheir the father nor the mother is living, the guardian of a pupil of the school.
