GENERAL RUSSIAN OFFENSIVE
INDICATIONS OP ENEMY PLANS. Rome, July 1. Authoritative circles regard a general Russian offensive on the east front as certain from Riga to the Black Sea. It is expected that operations will be on a grand scale, and it is believed that General Brusiloff will surpass 'his 10M successes. The Russo-Roumanian armies are now reported as in a high state of efficiency.
