THE QUEEN'S SPEECH, AT OPENING OF PARLIAMENT. Received June 29, 8.10 p.m. The Hague, June 28. Queen Wilhelmina, at the opening of Parliament, said that the defence of Dutch territory and colonies would have her special care. Relations "with foreign powers were favorable, but they must remember that as long as the war lasted dangers menaced Holland and its people, who might yet be called upon to use force in the defence of their liberty and independence. Pray that God may preserve us that.
