DISSOLUTION OF PARLIAMENT CANCELLATION DEMANDED. London, June 27. The Morning Post's Shanghai correspondent says that) the military Governors of Kwntung, Kiwanghi, and Ywian refuse to obey any Cabinet unless the dissolution of Parliament is cancelled, but offer to obey the President. A naval conference at Shanghai, including the commander-in-cliief, passed a aimilnr resolution. Lichinghsi will assume the office of Premier.
