ANOTHER GERMAN MOVE. EXPOSED IN RUSSIA. Received June 28, 5.5 p.m. Washington, June 27. A message from Petrograd indicates that Prince Leopold of Bavaria conspired with the Russian agitator Lenine to advocate a general peace without annexation and without contribution. The message states that Lenine delivered a speech to the Workmen's and Soldiers' Congress on June 22, favoring such a peace, whereupon Viernski announced that the speech, in duplicate, had been intercepted by wireless, signed by poldRussian peace delegation. Received June 28, 0.20 p.m. London, June 28. The press correspondent at Petrograd states that the Workmen and Soldiers' Congress decided to send a delegation to Stockholm, England and France, for the purpose of urging an early conference to discuss peace on the basis outlined at the Workmen and Soldiers' Congress.
