STRICT CENSORSHIP CTRGJiD. Chrisbchurch, June 25. A conference held to-night was attended and addressed by several prominent. clergymen and school teachers (including headmasters of Christ's College and Boyß' High School) to consider the question of the censorship of Cinematograph films. The following resolutions were carried: "That in the judgment, of this meeting a much stricter censorship of picture films should he exercised; that iastead of one censor as at present, a board, including women, should be constituted for the purpose of exercising censorship over all picture films brought to the Dominion for public exhibition.l^
