THE ALLIES' OBJECT. UNITY AND FREEDOM OF GREECE. A VENL2ELIST CABINET. United Service. Received June 2'6, 6.30 p.m. London, June 25. In the House of Commons, Mr. Balfour stated that the object of the Allies was to establish the unity and freedom of i Greece under a form of Government which would make unity and freedom permanent. M. Zaimis has resigned. The new : Cabinet will consist of Venizelists and others. The Provisional Government leaves Salonika for the Piraeus. The gendarmerie from Salonika will occupy Athens in conjunction with French troops. The city is quiet. FRENCH TROOPS LAND. Received June 27, 12.60 a.m. Athens, June 88. . French troops occupied the Stadium, Lappeion, and other points on Monday. FRENCH OPEN UP COMMUNTCA'. TIONS. Salonika, June 25. French cavalry occupied the town of Lamia, thus the railway is now opened to Livadia, Thebes and Athens.
