FERDINAND' PROMISES REFORMS. J«ssy, June 25. King Ferdinand, while visiting the front, promised, the troops land reforms for live million peasants. He had personally given a- large area of Crown lands. Ho had asked the Government to introduce a.Bill pivincr land to all peasants who are fighting. The reforms do not satisfy the-.biilk of the nation, .which is unsettled by the Russian revolution and German and Russian Socialist orators. Twenty members of the Roumanian Parliament have formed a labor Party, and intend dqnanding the widest land, electoral, economic, and social reform'!. They have already received strong support.
