A DESTRUCTIVE FERE. Australian Cable Association. Brisbane, June 23. ■AI fire at Bundaberg destroyed the Bundaberg Hardware Company's store and an odjoining building. The damage is estimated at £15,000. FEDERAL SHIPBUILDING SCHEME. Melbourne, June' 23.. Mr. Cook has announced that if satisfactory arrangements can be made with the labor unions the Government will give ordets for the immediote construction of vessels and take'steps to establish a shipbuilding industry in as many States as possible. The Government is awaiting the verdict of the unions.
