The message concluded: "Now we have had enough we are going to fight, and will fire on the fraternisers." The Petrograd-Moseow railway strike was ended by the Government granting the increased wages. Mr. Elihu Root and his party were imperilled by the anarchists, but were saved owing to the extraordinary precautions that were taken, CHANGE IN NAVAL COMMAND. Received June, 24, 5.5 p.m. Petrograd, June 2S. Admiral Dukin replaces Admiral Koltcliak in the command of the Black Sea fleet. This change is the result of a lively agitation at Sebastopol. Meetings of sailors have indicated that- they were supporters of the old regime.
