CRISIS CONTINUES. 1 : FOOD AND WAGES THE CAUSE. Received June 14, 5.5 p.m. London, June 23. _ The 'Daily Telegraph's London correspondent reports ; the continuance of the crisis in Spain on account of economic reasons, the shortage of foodstuffs, and the enormous increases in the cost of living. All the workers demanding higher wages, together with a similar demand irom the military, complicates the situation. The workers and soldiers are joining hands in the crisis, which is primarily not anti-dynastic. '
