Wellington, Last Night. Present indications are for easterly gales northwards of Kawhia and East Cape, and increasing south-easterly elsewhere. Expect dull, misty and wet weather generally, and heavy rain in the northern and eastern districts of the North Island. The conditions are threatening in the north-westward of the Dominion. The barometer is likely to fall soon in the north.
