The Italians look askance at the reinforcements to the enemy in the Trentino and on the Isonzo, due to Russia's quiescence. The newspaper Messagero says Russia, without consultation with or approval ot her allies, has already revised the objects of the war. A VIOLENT OFFENSIVE. FORMIDABLE POSITIONS GAINED. Received June 21, 8.55 p.m. London, Juno 20. The Italian official message etates: We carried out a violent offensive on the Asiago plateau and damaged the defences at points. We made progress, inflicting severe losses. We advanced over difficult ground and carried formidable positions on Mount Ortigara, including the summit of Hill 2105.
