(From Our Own Correspondent). At the Magistrate's Court on Thursday, before A. Crooke, S.M., the following cases were dealt with:—Judgment bv default, W. Blythe v. Joe Epia, £1 17s Gd, costs 12s; Joseph Lawn v. Tommy Wharepouri, £5 10s Ud, costs £1 5s Gd; T. J. Mildenhall v. iHohia, jnr., £4 ss, costs £1 ss; Egmont County Council v. Ngongohau, £ls 2s 9d, costs £1 17s Gd; same v. Carland Gill, £9 18s lid, costs £1 13s Gd; same v. Rerekore Wherepo, £G «s, costs £1 Gs Gd. On the application of the plaintiff, the case T. F. Greenway v. Noho Tc Whiti was adjourned to July 12. The case, Henry Waller v. A. Magon, was adjourned to Vow Plymouth and that of J. Judson v. Duggaii was withdrawn. After a great deal of evidence had been heard in the sheep worrying case, R. G. Tylee v. A. J. Rookos, judgment was given for plaintiff for amount claimed, less value of one sheep, £ll las, and costs £2 10s.
