London, June IS. The correspondent of the Daily Telegraph at Oropo (Greece) reports that King Constantine four times changed his mind as to his destination, and Anally decided to proceed to St. Moritz (Switzerland), with a retinue of forty. There was a pathetic scene on tho little lieach when Constantine, in the uniform of a general, arrived in a motor-car, ainidßt the group of peasants and fishermen, also conrtiere and politicians who had come to farewell him.
