TROUBLE BECOMING CRITICAL. Peking, June 14. The Acting-Premier, Chiang Chano Chung, the former Minister of Justice, signed a mandate dissolving Parliament. The leaders of the southern provinces telegraphed that they no longer recognised the authority of the Persident. It is believed that civil war will result The Governors of Ktvang-tung, Yunnan, Kwangtse and Kweichou provinces are ■mobolising. London, June 14.
