GERM.'.:,* INFLUENCE PREVAILS. London, June 12. Owing to the rigid Spanish censorship the Spanish situation is not clqar. The substitution of Senor Da to for the previous Ministry is not regarded as momentous, hut it is significant that the overthrow of the Liberals was accomplished under military pressure instigated, according to several Spanish newspapers, by Germany. Senor Dato's programme comprises complete neutrality.
