TARANAKI CENTRE'S MEETING.
Mr. S 0. Smith presided at the meeting held in the Soldiers' Club last evening.
It was decided to issue certificates to the successful candidates of the Eltham school; bronze medallions to Roy Trethey, ftthel Trethey; proficiency certificates to Rita Whitina. Olive Henn, Nita I'rethev. Constance White. Francos Burdett, Mabel .Lash, Veda Strecter, Marjorio Burkitt, Frederick Anderson, Adrian Ballantine. Roy Foster, Richard Guill'>on. David Jones. Victor Laurent, John Rogers, Hector Tavlor, Sydney Velcin, Leslie White, Cecil Yates. Accounts passed far payment totalled £8 lis 7d. Receipts during the. month amounted to £lB 12s 7<i, there being now u. credit balance of £2l 13s 4d, with a few outstanding fees to come in, and the secretary will be pleased to l.andle these.
