A CRISIS BREWING Peking, June 11. • General Chang Shung, former military governor of An'hwei Province, has demanded a dissolution of Parliament within 48 hours. Several thousands of his troops have arrived. The President has refused unless in compliance with the Constitution, Parliament urges the President not to dissolve.
