Jowiart lias arrived with- plenipotentiary powers on behalf of the Allies. The French ■. Minister is leaving. It is expected the British and Russian Ministers will aho leave, if M. Jonnart's mission means military action. M. Jonnart will presently consult with General Sarrail and M. Venizelos. Athens ia quiet, but the Venizelists are seeking refuge. The pro-Germans are talking right. EROTEST AGAINST OCCUPATION OF JANINA. London, June 11. Neuptral advices from Athens state that tho Italian cavalry occupied Janina without resistance. The Greek authorities withdrew. The Government is making a protest. CONTROLLING ._ARVBST IN THESSALY. Received June 12, 8.15 p.m. London, June 11. In the House of Commons, Lord Robert Cecil said steps were being taken to control the harvest in Thessaly.
