CHANG BUNG'S PROPOSAL. Pekin, June 10. General Chang Hung, with 6000 troops has reached Tientsin, en route for Pekin to confer with the military governors. •He received almost royal honors. He advocates the dissolution of Parliament to settle the crisis. The majority of the members of Parliament have departed Three thousand of Bung's troops are already in the capital.
