A STREET FRACAS. i Received June 11, 10 .p.m. London, Juno 11, During a street',fracas in Dublin, tesuiting from the prohibition of a meeting, Count Plunkett and others were arrested. CONSTITUTION OF THE CONVENTION. Received June 12, 1 a.m. London, June 11. The Irish convention will be composed of fifteen Crown nominees, thirtythree chairmen of county councils, tho Lord Mayors of Dublin, Belfast and Cork, three Mayors of other municipal bodies, and representatives of .chambers of commerce. The Catholic Church will be offered four places and tho Protestant three. Political parties will be represented by five each—Nationalists, Sinn Feiners, Ulster Unionists, and Southern .Unionists; there will be two O'Brienites, two Peers, five Laborites. The Orange Order will bo represented, as will also the Order of Hibernians, but the United Irish League will not foe directly represented.
