CONSCRIPTION MiD CABINET Ottawa, June 8. A forecast of the Conscription Bill indicates that there will be no registration, but every man of military age will bo automatically included. Exemption hoards will be provided for at which, it will he necessary that the appellant provo he ia not liable to conscription. Sir Robert Borden has offered leading Liberals Cabinet offices and it is believed some will accept. Sir Robert Borden is attempting to form a Unionist Government, taking in Liberal Conscriptionists. A majority of 85 for. the Conscription Bill is assured. FEMALE SUFFRAGE. Ottawa, June 10. ' The pres3 announces that Cabinet is likely to grant Dominion-wide female ■ suffrage as a preliminary to conscription.
