The Labor Conference, debated the report of the committee appointed to draw up .the party s attitude in the movement towards the war. With regard to canturcd colonies, such should' bo placed provisionally under international control. Tlie abolition of conscription in ;>ll countries simultaneously and abolition in trading in armaments and prohibition of private manufacture thereof.''
