' The Socialist Minister of Justice proposes to establish throughout Russia district courts, comprising three members of the local soldiers' committees and three nominees of other organisations, to try the agents of the old regime. Thousands of soldiers have arrived at Dvinsk from the front, suffering from poisoning due to vodka, wherewith they were regaled while fraternising with tho Germans. A despatch from Stockholm states that the Russians returning from Britain include anarchists, who talked German aboard ship and openly boasted of their intention of resuming anarchistic activities in Russia. STATE INTERVENTION. Petrograd, June 6. Mr. Henderson, member of the British War Cabinet, attended a meeting of the Provisional Government, and reported on the effect of State intervention in British commerce and industry. He showed that useful results had been obtained in England by wise and systematic State intervention. ;. : * KERENiSKY RETURNS. Petrograd, June 6. M. Kerensky has returned.
