RIFLE SHOOTING.
mm The Xew Plymouth Defence Rifle Club will fire the second competition for a trophy presented by Bellringer Bro9. at the Rewa Rewa rifle range to-dav and on Saturday next, ranges 500 and 000 yards, seven shots at each range, handicaps as follow:—Riflemen Bruce and Oliver, scr.; Riflemen Moore and Blanchett, 1 point; Keating, 4 points; President Hill, 5 points; Rifleman Ramson, <J points; remainder of members, 12 points each. A, match between Inglewood and Urenui will take place at TJrenui on Thursday next, June 14. Inglewood team:—President Taylor, Vice-President Spnrdle, Riflemen Marsh, E. Crossman, H. Hall, A. Hopson, W. Robinson, M. Martin, E. Clarke. Emergency, R. J. Frewin. Shooting to start at 11 a.m., if possible.
