(9) of the Third Schedule of "The Education Act, 1914," Annual Meetings of Householders for the Election of School Committees will be held in the several School Districts on MONDAY, June 25, at the hour of 7.39 p.m... for the'purpose of electing duly nominated persons as Members of School Committees for the ensuing year. Where the yearly average attendance at the school or schools in the school district for the preceding school year has not exceeded one hundred children, the number of members of the School Committee shall be five; where such attendance is over one hundred and not over two hundred, the number of members shall be seven; and where such attendance U over two hundred, the number of members shall be nine. NOMINATIONS OF CANDIDATES. Householders of the various School Districts are hereby requested to send in to the Chairman of the School Committee in their District the names of persons, being Resident Householders, nominated by them to serve on the Committee for the ensuing year. The nominations must be in writing, signed by the proposer and candidate, and sent to the Chairman of the School Committee on or before MONDAY, June 18, 1917, not later than 8 p.m. Nominations may also be made at the Meeting of Householders to be held on MONDAY, June 25, 1917. The first meeting of each of the newlyelected Committees for the appointment of Chairman is hereby convened at the various schools immediately after,the elections. By order of the Board. P.
