At the Supreme Court to-day ttio Chief Justice (Sir Robert Stout) placed Allan Wilford Wolfe, aged 18 years, oh probation for three years, and ordered him to Tepay £lO involved and also £5 costs of tho prosecution, Sydney Clarence M'Carty; aged 15 years, who was found guilty of carnal knowledge, was also placed on probation for three years and ordered to pay £1 a month for six months towards the costs of the prosecution.
