We trust in Kerensky." London, June 8. The Daily Chronicle's Petrograd correspondent reports that : a strong reactiom in favor of orderliness followed the recent disorder, enabling the Government to adopt a firmer -tone. TROUBLE AT KRQNSTADT. WORKERS' COUNCIL CMMS SUPREMACY.
A PARLEY SUGGESTED. MINISTER RESIGNS TO AVOID CRISIS. Reecived Juno 3, 5.5 p.m . Petrograd, June 2. The committee of the Workers' alv'ii Soldiers' Delegates at KroAstadt lias assumed the administration of Kronstadt, declaring that it does not recognise the Provisional Government and will remove all the Government representatives. Relations with Petrograd and the rest of Russia will henceforth be crxsried oh only through an intermediary. The Tetrograd Comlnittee and the Minister of Justice, on behalf of the Government, has communicated with the Kronstadt committee asking it to revoke its decision and enter into pourparlers. The correspondent says the KronstadJ; affair is apparently partially due to the local committee's ignorance of tlie relations between the Government and the Petrograd committee. The president of the latter in going to Krohstadt in order to investigate. The correspondent states that Mr. Henderson liiis arrived at Petrograd. The .Minister of Commence (j\i.
