You can produce your own vegetables by simply spending a few shillings in seeds and your spare time. It's about the liealtliies exercise of all too—ask your doctor. Most vegetables can he grown where produced at less than one penny per pound, so you con count up what you can save. Besides, they will be fresher and better flavor. Most people and practically all hotels serve too much meat and not enough, vegetables, and these are often badly cooked. That is wasteful. It's the duty of every nmn and woman to produce the maximum amount of something useful. It's quite . easy for everyone to garden successfully, but you must sow the best seeds thut are to be had.
