NEW PLYMOUTH. Subject to necessary alterations,'mails will close at the Chief Post Office, Now i. lvunouth, as under: — J'or Auckland and North, daily per train at 0.15 a.m. l'or Auckland and North, per steamer, Tuesday and Friday, at 7 p.m. For Napier and Gisbortie, daily at 0.15 a.m. For Wellington and South, daily at 0.15 a.m., and 11 a.m. For Wanganui and intermediate offices, daily at 6.15 a.m., 11 a.m., and 3 p.m. hor Opunake and intermediate offices per motor bus, daily at 0,15 a.m. Mails for the United Kingdom, America, and all oversea. countries, including Australia, will ho despatched from time to time by the best route without special notification. Money-orders, registered letters and. parcel:-, post parcel, closa one hour before the ordinary mail. C. H. BURTON, Chief Postmaster.
