Jassey, March 9. At a Cabinet Coupcil held here yesterday it was announced that Great Britain had agreed to advance to Bomnania a sum of £40,000,000 at par. The loan will bear interest at 5 per cent. The Eoumanie, in giving the news, adds:— The agreement come to by England and Eoumania in the subject of the loan is of special significance as showing that our powerful Ally has great confidence in the future of Eoumania. The situation is now sensibly improving, the reorganisationl of the Army is proceeding rapidly, the administrative services are working actively, the necessary sanitary measures have been taken to prevent the spread of epidemics, and ration cards have been introduced. Unshakable confidence is felt by all classes, especially in view of the Reuter telegrams on the recent successes of the British forces on the Ancre and in Mesopotamia.—Reuter.
