CHARGE OF PERJURY.
A MAN FOUND GUILTY. Auckland, May 30. In the Supreme Court to-day, William Gordoh was retried on a charge of perjury against him in the Magistrate's Court. The jury failed to agree on Saturday, but at to-day's hearing the jury, found a verdict of guilty, with a recommendation to mercy on account of the accused's previous good character. Sen. tence was deferred.
