NEW PLYMOUTH. Subject 1 to necessary alterations, mails will close at the Chief Post Office,' Now Plymouth, as under:—■ For Auckland and North, per steamer, Tuesday and Friday, at 7 p.m. For Napier and Gisbortic, daily at 0.15 a.m. For Wellington and South, daily at 0.15 a.m., and 11 a.m. For Wanganui and intermediate offices, daily at 0.15 a.m., 11 a.m., and 3 p.m. For Opunake and intermediate offices per motor bus, daily at 0.15 a.m. ~ , Mails for the United Kingdom, America, anfcall oversea countries, including Australia, will be despatched from time to time by the best route without special notification. Money-orders, registsred letters and parcels, post parcel, close one hour before the ordinary mail. C. H. BURTOiS, Chief Postmaster.
