Rotorua, last Night At the adjourned inquest on Jame* Casey, electrocuted on May 11, whilst working on electric light line, the coroner, Mr. Dy«r, returned a verdict that a contributing cause of accident was the omission on the part of William Herbert Hayden. a. fellow workman of deceased, to oblnin an authority as assistant engineer for himself and Casey to work on the electric wires, and, in cot)■ s-eqneiice. the current was turned on in ignorance. The coroner a64*d that he did not attribute it to Hayden, who Was himself injured, any intentions of eoi)imitting a criminal or culpably act by neglecting to, obtain authority *
