ALTERING THE . MAP. AMERICA ACTS WITH AIXIES. | THE POST-WAR BOYCOTT. New York, May 27. The New York World's Washington correspondent states that America will act harmoniously with* the Allies to secure the dismemberment of AustriaHnngary, including an independent Bohemia, also the Trentino and Trieste will he given to Italy, Transylvania to Ronmania, and Bosnia and Herzegovina to Serbia. The Tribune's Washington correspondent says that the Allies are reconsidering their anti-German post-war commercial boycott in preference to America's suggestions that the rebuilding of Europe may require German material. AMERICA'S FIRST FORCE. i WILL SOON LAND IN FRANCE. Received May 28, 10 p.m. London, May 28. Mr. iPage, American Ambassador to Great Britain, speaking at the French Embassy, said the American missions en route to England would deal with transportation, adding that the preliminary expeditionary force would shortly land in France. WAR ATMS CO-ORDINATED. 1 Washington, May 27. It is Bemi-offlcially announced'that the British Commission's aims have been fully achieved, and that scientific ' Anglo-American co-operation, vitally ? affecting the future conduct of the war, ' has bees arranged, including besides military aid, full co-operation in the British blockade system. . The United States Consuls in Holland and Scandinavia will oversee the rationing, of those countries. Provision will also be made for American preferential treatment to the Allies.
