RIFLE SHOOTING.

INGLEWOOD v. TARIKI. A very enjoyable rifle shooting match was held at Tariki on Thursday between the Tariki and Inglewood Clubs. A prize of one guinea was presented by Mr. W. 'H. Robinson for the highest individual score and half a guinea by Mr. G. Taylor for a second prize. The winner was President Therkleson of the Tariki Club, ■with the score of 94. Rifleman Marsh, of Inglewood, was the winner of the second prize. Mrs. W. H. Hobinson provided afternoon tea on the range which was much appreciated by the teams. Several good scores were registered and the Inglewood Club were the guests of the Tariki Club to dinner at the Tariki Hotel at the conclusion of the match.
