Sir,—Lord Roberts has died; Lord Kitchener was lost; the Czar of Russia was dethroned! yet battles are still fought, and the men still die on sea and land, as the war.fts being fought to a finish. Should Dr.' Whstter leave Inglewood, the sun will still shine, and the fain still fall; people will become ill, ;md require doctors to attend to them. J endorse all that which Dr. Nutting haa aid regarding his capacity to carry on, and I simply state that I can do the ?ame.
