MILITARY SERVICE BOARD.
HAWERA APPEALS. The,board concluded its sittings at Hawera on Monday evening. In the case of Frederick Gavrith (Hawera) decision was reserved sine die. At 0.30 o'clock the board rose to com sider some reserve appeals, and upon resuming gave the following decisions:—Bernard Cleland, farineu, Kaponga, decision reserved until July 24, in the meanwhile! the board expects the appellant to make some effort to get a manager; John Cook, factory manager, To Popo, "adjourned until the next sitting ill Hawera; A. Cookson, dairy farntos, ICaupokonui, appeal dismissed, appellant being granted leave until June 27; John Rowe, dairy farmer, Ngaere, adjourned till the first sitting in July, and the board expects appellant to try and get a manager to take his place.
