WtENCK DISPERSE GERMANFLOTILLA. London, May 21. A French naval communique states tliat on the morning of May 20, a patrol of four Wench torpedo boats encountered a flotilla oi German destroyers Which were making for Dunkirk. After a short engagement the enemy eleared off at high speed towards its base. A French torpedo boat was damaged. The German official version c'laims that the Germans wero not damaged, while the Frenoh vessels were repeatedly hit.
