The prospects of being able to quit , the largo stock of perishable produce held in store in the Dominion; also the possibility that next season there may be fewer ships available for the New Zealand trade, has been considered by Cabinet. A cable has been sent to Mr. Massey on a number of points connoected with the shipping difficulty. Cabinet also decided that the conference. of the National Efficiency Uoan and the Requisitions Committee of the Board of Trade should go into the wholo j roblem of production, storage and shipping, and report to the Government Conference on Tuesday.
