GERMANY'S DEMANDS. Amsterdam, May 9. Count Hertling is credited with tho authorship in his newspaper of an article denying the necessity of indemnities to Germany, but demanding the restoration of Germany's trade, shipping and colonies. The article has caused a senlation amongst the National Liberals. It is believed it embodies the decisions readied as the result of Count Hertling's visit to Vienna. Count Hertling is now in Berlin. .... ■
