Mr. Massey, in the coarse of an interview, said the wheat supply was likely to give out before the harvest. There was a great shortage of sugar and potatoes, but ample meat, fish and oats . The people would presently suffer some hardships, but Germany cannot starve Britain. The arming of merchantmen was increasing, and the use of seaplanes was expected to keep down the number of submarines. The Fall Mall Gazette understands that the Labor members of the Cabinet will reconsider their position unless a quick Irish settlement is reached. !
